If you are visiting this site for the first time, you will need to Create a New Account. Please enter your Q Certificate number (located on the page displaying the hologram of your Q Report) to register for and access your own private jewelry vault.

If you have an additional item of jewelry (for which you have received a Q Report) and would like to add this item to your existing account then all you need to do is go to Member Sign-in, enter your username and password and follow the prompts. You will then be able to add this report to your existing account.

If you have suffered a loss or damage to your jewelry piece which is covered by Q Report endorsed Jewelry Insurance, you will need to register (as per the instructions above) before you can report a claim online. Please note: You can only receive a Q Report from a Q Certified Jeweler, who warrants all aspects of the jewelry piece and its replacement price.
